All subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable. These can only be canceled at the end of the subscription term or before the start of the next billing cycle. To cancel an existing subscription, customers can log on to the customer portal and select to cancel their subscription or raise a ticket for subscription cancellation using the customer helpdesk.
